It can be noted that in all of our lives, we should be able to see the providence of God. This happens when God works in our individual affairs to provide timely protective and spiritual care for our future. Sometimes circumstances and situations will not make us think God’s providence is upon our lives.
For example, look at Joseph standing there on the slave block as Potiphar looked him and other slaves up and down deciding whom to purchase, it did not look as if God was involved at all. Slaves during that time were not well taken care of. It is believed that Joseph’s hair might not have been groomed. His clothing might have had a smell. But yet in all of this God’s providence was at work in his life for what would become a future eventuality.
